Donna McMaster

Donna McMaster is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in executive and non-executive roles across various organizations. They served as an Executive Advisor and Managing Director at Savers | Value Village from 2013 to 2022, and held the position of General Manager Merchandise/Marketing at MYER from 1999 to 2002. Currently, they are a Non Executive Director at Blooms The Chemist and a member of the Melbourne Tigers' Representative Advisory Committee, among other positions. McMaster has also held significant leadership roles at YMCA Australia, including Deputy Chair and Executive Director, as well as Board Chair. They hold a Diploma in Management from Monash University and an Executive MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
