Sophie Winder has a diverse work experience, primarily in product management and strategy roles. Sophie currently serves as the Lead Product Manager at Bloom & Wild since November 2022. Prior to this, Sophie held positions of Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at the same company from November 2021 to November 2022 and May 2020 to November 2021, respectively.

Before joining Bloom & Wild, Sophie worked at Ocado Solutions from July 2019 to May 2020 as a Solutions Manager, leading a software delivery team to enable the successful launch of Sobeys, the second-largest grocer in Canada. Furthermore, Sophie held roles at Ocado from March 2017 to September 2017, including Strategy and Commercial Projects Analyst, where they led projects to improve efficiency and increase margins across various brands. Sophie also served as a Demand Manager, responsible for forecasting assortment and implementing projects to reduce wastage and increase availability of specific products.

Sophie's early work experience includes an internship at EY in 2015, where they worked as a Government and Public Sector Assurance Intern, performing audits for two district councils and analyzing the financial resilience of recently acquired clients.

Sophie Winder began their education at Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls in 2006 and completed their A-Levels with an impressive result of A*A*AA. Sophie then pursued higher education at The University of Sheffield from 2013 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In 2014, Sophie also had the opportunity to study European Politics at Charles University for a year through a program called "Reconfiguring Europe: an Old Continent in a New Millennium."
