Shirly Vilnai has held a variety of roles in the tech and finance industries. Shirly began their career in 2009 as a Personal Assistant to the COO at Israel Discount Bank. In 2010, they moved into a Project Manager role for an Entrepreneur/Real Estate Investor. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at GLM Israel, a Frontend Developer at Tusli Software LLC, a Full Stack Developer and Support Team Manager at IdeoDigital, a .Net Full Stack Developer at Ewave, a Software Engineer at Mosaics Digital Technologies, and is currently a Backend Developer at Blooma, Inc.

Shirly Vilnai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2008. Shirly then attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019, studying Project Management and .Net Full Stack.
