Bennett Roth

Bennett Roth is an experienced journalist and senior editor specializing in government and political coverage. Currently serving as a Senior Editor at Bloomberg Government since July 2017, Bennett collaborates with reporters to produce in-depth stories on issues such as lobbying, appropriations, and campaign finance. Prior experience includes editing work at Bloomberg LP and contributions to Roll Call and Congressional Quarterly, covering various aspects of Congress and federal lobbying. With a robust background spanning over three decades, Bennett has also reported for the Houston Chronicle and other regional publications, along with serving as adjunct faculty at American University. Bennett holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
