Ethan Waldo began their work experience as a Director of Software Development at the Texas Association of Local Health Officials in 2008. In this role, they were responsible for displacing a multimillion-dollar health alert vendor and achieving CDC certifications for communication and alerting.

Ethan then moved on to work as a Senior Software Engineer at Cambia Information Group in 2011. Here, they enhanced development on a BI platform and assisted in building a market research website for Fortune 500 companies.

In 2012, Ethan joined BrightFire LLC as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they solely architected a flexible reporting system and built an authentication-protected API interface between different systems.

Most recently, Ethan worked as a Senior Software Architect at Bloomberg Government starting in 2013. In this role, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve the company's technology ecosystem and provided technical support for product features.
