Henry Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Camp Counselor at Congressional Schools of Virginia. In 2014, they served as an Academic Mentor in the Early Identification Program, supporting high school students in academic and personal development. In the same year, Henry also took on leadership roles at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers: George Mason University Undergraduate Chapter, serving as the Marketing Chair and later becoming the Chapter President.
In 2015, Henry held multiple positions, including an internship as a PR&D Intern at Bloomberg Law, where they gained experience in agile development and quality assurance. Henry also worked as a LOFT Innovation Fellow at The Hispanic Heritage Foundation, facilitating a coding program for 8th graders in the Washington DC area. Additionally, they served as the Mid-Atlantic Sub-Region Student Representative for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, focusing on communication and collaboration between chapters.
Henry joined OBXtek in 2016 as a Technical Writing Intern, contributing to website development and assisting in proposal management. Henry then transitioned to Bloomberg Industry Group in 2017, working as a Software Developer and handling frontend features and maintenance efforts for Bloomberg BNA's news site. Currently, Henry is employed at Bloomberg Government as a Software Engineer, utilizing their skills in software development.

Henry Lopez completed their Bachelor's Degree in Applied Computer Science: Software Engineering at George Mason University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended JEB Stuart High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their International Baccalaureate High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, Henry obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in January 2020.
