Joellen Oscar

JoEllen Oscar is an accomplished professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Bloomberg Industry Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, JoEllen held various positions at Bloomberg Government from February 2015 to January 2022, including Director of Sales Enablement and Programs, as well as Senior Sales Representative.
