Mike Mccarty

Mike McCarty is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Bloomberg Industry Group. Prior to this, they served as the CFO Engagement Partner at Tatum from February 2015 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for interim CFO duties for a publicly traded software company, including external reporting, deployment and integration of accounting/business systems, and improvements to financial processes and internal controls.

From February 2013 to December 2014, Mike McCarty served as the CFO for DXC Technology's Global Infrastructure Services division. In this role, they led a 250 person team that was responsible for strategic and annual planning, forecasting, operations management, and pricing for the $4B division.

Prior to their role at DXC Technology, Mike McCarty served as the VP of Finance for IBM's Software Group from April 2005 to December 2006. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis for the group.

Mike McCarty began their career at IBM Tivoli Software in December 2000, where they served as the Director of Finance and Operations until March 2005. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis, as well as the operational management, for the software division.

Mike earned their MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and their BS in Engineering Science from Trinity University.
