Sean Wainwright

Sean Wainwright currently serves as an Acquisitions professional in Digital Content at Bloomberg Industry Group since July 2023. With extensive experience in nonprofit management, Sean has held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at The Hope Marietta Foundation since November 2009, where responsibilities include compliance with nonprofit law, contract drafting, and operational guidance. Previous roles include Vice President at South Block and Co-Founder & COO of Bright Greens Blenderless Smoothies, which was acquired in 2021. Earlier in the career, Sean held various positions such as Regional Sales Director at H.Bloom and Winetender at screwtop wine bar, alongside legal roles including Clinical Lawyer at Rutgers University School of Law's Civil Practice Clinic and a Summer Law Clerk at the Philadelphia Criminal Justice Center. Sean earned a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.
