Tracey Holinka

Tracey Holinka, MS, is an experienced web application architect currently working at Bloomberg Industry Group since July 2014, where expertise includes developing scalable and maintainable architectures for legal and regulatory news web applications. Prior experience includes a role as a web and WordPress developer within an Agile framework, focusing on custom plugin architecture and OOP practices. From July 2003 to July 2014, Tracey contributed to Chaos To Clarity, co-designing a development process centered on audience engagement and creating a well-received infographic series about WordPress. Earlier career achievements at Jorge Scientific Corporation involved significantly reducing development time and enhancing accessibility for the USAID Global Health Bureau's Intranet. Tracey holds a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies/Russian Area Studies, both from George Mason University.
