Noelle Thorn Rinner

Noelle Thorn Rinner currently serves as Chief of Staff, Operations - Arts & Culture, and Senior Advisor at Bloomberg Philanthropies since December 2020. Previously, Rinner held various leadership roles at The Atlantic from April 2013 to June 2020, including Executive Director of Partnerships and Planning, Senior Director of Partnerships, Director of Partnerships, and Director of National Events. Before that, Rinner was the Director of Audience Development and Outreach at The Metropolitan Opera from December 2007 to April 2013, and Manager of Guest Services and University Outreach at The DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, University of Notre Dame from June 2004 to July 2007. Rinner earned a Master of Arts in Non-Profit Management/Arts Administration from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in English and Music Performance from the University of Notre Dame.
