Robert J. Pilon, Jr. started their career as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Herbie Hancock Institute Jazz in 2006 and later became Managing Director & Chief Development Officer at Malaria No More in 2009. Robert J. then transitioned to the role of Chief Development & Partnerships Officer at The ONE Campaign in 2013 before becoming Founding President at REFORM Alliance in 2019. In 2020, they served as a Senior Advisor at Hawkfish LLC and became a Board Member at YELLOW. In 2021, they held roles as a Senior Advisor at Dream.Org, Director Of Strategic Partnerships at Bloomberg Philanthropies, and Board Member at Silver Art Projects. Currently, they are the Chief Development and Marketing Officer at the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC), where they also serve as a Senior Advisor.
