Alan Doran is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Global Leadership & Talent Partner at Bloomberg, Alan has previously held significant roles such as Head of Organisational Effectiveness at TSB Bank and Head of Talent & Organisational Effectiveness at Aviva Investors, where responsibilities included Interim Global Head of Leadership & Learning and Head of Learning and Development. Earlier experience includes multiple Vice President positions at BNY Mellon focused on learning consulting and asset management. Alan began a career in finance as a Shareholder Services Administrator at Northern Trust.
