Cheryl Lopez-Collins

Cheryl Lopez-Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the commercial mortgage sector. Currently serving as a Commercial Mortgage Product Manager at Bloomberg LP since August 2007, Cheryl provides solutions for commercial mortgage and real estate investors. Prior to this role, Cheryl worked as a Research Analyst at Redwood Trust, Inc. from 2003 to 2007, focusing on mortgage market research and financial reporting analysis, and accumulated experience in RMBS and CMBS. Cheryl's career also includes a lengthy tenure at S&P / Charter Research from 1955 to 2003, where contributions included serving as a CMBS Modeling Manager and overseeing product development for the Conquest analytical tool, recognized as a leading resource for CMBS investors. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Economics from Babson College.
