Claire Anderson

Claire Anderson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the EMEA Senior HR Business Partner for Financial Solutions at Bloomberg LP since October 2022. Prior to this role, Claire spent nearly a decade at Edelman in various HR positions, culminating as Head of HR, and contributed significantly as a Lead HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner across the UK and EMEA regions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Advisor and Administrator at Minter Ellison, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and general HR functions, as well as a Customer Services Officer in the Department of Justice and Attorney-General, focusing on employment relations. Claire holds a Master of Business in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Communication from The University of Queensland.
