Gaurav Pendse

Gaurav Pendse is currently the Head of Thematic Index Development at Bloomberg LP, where they oversee the creation of indexes aligned with emerging industries and market strategies. Prior to this role, Gaurav worked at Barclays Investment Bank as a Technology Analyst and held various positions at Nasdaq, contributing significantly to product development and index strategy. They began their career with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Applied Mathematics, and Computer Science from Rutgers University and later earned a Master's degree in Operations Research from Columbia University. Gaurav also completed an internship at the International Securities Exchange, focusing on ETF ventures.
