Lucas Isakowitz

Lucas Isakowitz is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in environmental policy and finance. They currently serve as the Head of Capacity Building at both Bloomberg and the Global Capacity Building Coalition, while holding a Term Member position at the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, they were a Senior Climate Finance Advisor at USAID, where they facilitated investment into climate sectors globally. Lucas's experience includes roles as an Industry Research Analyst at IBISWorld, Assistant Program Director at the Whispering Seed Foundation, and a John Kerry Climate Fellow at Yale. Their academic pursuits include a Master’s degree in Climate Policy from Yale University and a B.A. in American History and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
