Clementine Gravier

Clémentine Gravier is an experienced professional in networks and capacity-building, currently serving as the Head of Unit at URBACT since February 2015, with prior roles including Capacity-Building Officer and Project & Finance Officer. Clémentine has a background in public procurement, having worked as Chargée de marchés publics at Interreg Europe from 2012 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing tender procedures and legal oversight. Previous experience includes positions at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Consulate General of France in Bombay, and various roles in project assistance and public relations, showcasing a strong foundation in diplomatic relations, communication, and project management. Clémentine holds a Master’s degree in European Politics and Franco-German Cooperation from Sciences Po Strasbourg and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
