Simone Roberts

Simone Roberts is an experienced professional in talent strategy and operations, currently serving as a Program Manager at Bloomberg since October 2025 and as a Documentary PreScreener at DOC NYC since September 2020. Previously, Simone held the role of Learning and Development Manager at ESL FACEIT Group from November 2023 to October 2025, focusing on performance management and L&D strategy. Between January 2022 and November 2023, Simone worked as HR Manager for Talent & Inclusion at Corebridge Financial, where initiatives for succession planning and performance management were developed. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner and leading early career recruiting efforts during the AIG separation, as well as directing and managing global programs for early career development at AIG from January 2018 to January 2022. Simone holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
