Alexandra (Sanya) Kennedy

Alexandra (Sanya) Kennedy has worked in various roles in the past decade. Alexandra (Sanya) began their career in 2008 as an Intern at Assured Guaranty. In 2009, they were a Business Analyst Intern at Global Advertising Strategies. In 2011, they joined Teach For America as a Corps Member - Algebra I Coach/Teacher. Alexandra (Sanya) then moved to Green Dot Public Schools in 2013, where they worked as a Knowledge Manager and Knowledge Management Analyst. Most recently, they have been a Senior Program Manager at BloomBoard, Inc. since 2017.

Alexandra (Sanya) Kennedy attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies with double minors in Economics and Russian Language. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Lipscomb University and earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) through the Nashville Teach For America Partnership University - Instructional Practice program. In 2010, they attended the Bard-Smolny Summer Language Intensive Program to study Russian Language.
