Caitlin Vaughan Sekar

Caitlin Vaughan Sekar has a wealth of experience in the education field. Caitlin began their career in 2010 as a Corps Member for Teach For America. In 2012, they became a Second and Third Grade Teacher for KIPP New Orleans. From 2014 to 2021, they held various roles at Rocky Mountain Prep, including Principal, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Third Grade Teacher. In 2021, they began working as an Independent Consultant, providing support to nonprofits and consulting organizations with curriculum development, professional development and instructional coaching. In 2022, they began working as an Education Content Specialist for BloomBoard, Inc. and a Good to Great Innovator for TNTP.

Caitlin Vaughan Sekar attended Grinnell College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology.
