Alice Burns

Alice Burns has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as CEO/Founder of Organized Momentum, a full-charge bookkeeping and administrative services company. Alice successfully grew the business from a home-based operation to a thriving company with over 20 employees. After leaving Organized Momentum in 2008, Alice took on the role of Director of Operations/Controller at Oscar Blandi Hair Care. In this position, they managed various financial tasks and successfully relaunched a line of 15 products. Alice then worked at TPR Holdings LLC as Manager of Supply Chain & Procurement, where they played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Oscar Blandi Products. Alice coordinated marketing, product development, forecasting, and inventory control for multiple brand acquisitions. Following their time at TPR Holdings, Alice joined PZ Cussons Beauty as a Commercial Team Consultant for St. Tropez. Alice provided cross-functional, global commercial team consultation and was instrumental in the company's decision to hire additional staff due to growth. Alice later became an Operations Management Consultant at Scentbird, where they contributed to the company's operations and management strategies. Currently, Alice holds the position of Controller/Head of Procurement & Manufacturing at Bloomeffects.

Alice Burns attended Mount Holyoke College from 1991 to 1993 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs.
