Julia Beadnell, CNP has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2012, Julia worked as a Supervisor at Service Systems Associates until 2014. In 2016, they held a Special Events Intern position at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services. During the same year, they also served as a Student Board Member at Butler County YMCA. From 2017 to 2020, Julia worked at the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, where they held roles including Y Creator Space Program Coordinator, YCS Mobile Program Instructor, and completed an internship focused on demographic research and case study creation. In 2020, they joined Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation as the Teen Neighborhood Think Space (TNT) Program Manager and later became the Youth Program Coordinator.

Julia Beadnell, CNP attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Nonprofit Management. Prior to their university education, they obtained a High School Diploma from North Catholic High School from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Julia has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they became a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. Julia also holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Health Wellbeing and in Social Sector Leadership from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, which they obtained in July and March 2022, respectively.
