SVP & CTO at Bloomin' Brands

Astrid Isaacs was named Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer in November 2021. She is responsible for leading the global information technology strategy, development and implementation of all digital consumer and business technology initiatives for Bloomin’ Brands.

Astrid has 20 years of restaurant technology experience. She rejoins the company after serving as Vice President of Digital and Consumer Technology at Subway, where she led the digital transformation journey in building the technology to provide a frictionless consumer experience on all digital platforms.

During her prior tenure at Bloomin’ Brands, she served in several leadership roles including Vice President of Restaurant Technology. She also led all technology initiatives at Papa John’s in over 30 countries and held various IT roles at Yum! Restaurants International in the United Kingdom.

Astrid holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Westminster and a Business and Technology Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and Association of Accounting Technicians from Croydon College.

She also serves on the Board of Governors for Restaurant Technology Network and is a member of the Society for Information Management and International Food & Beverage Technology Association.
