Cathie Koch has served as Group Vice President of Corporate Affairs since May 2019. She is responsible for overseeing internal and external corporate communications, government affairs, community relations activities, and ESG strategy.
Cathie is an experienced communications professional with extensive experience representing large, multi-national organizations in the foodservice industry. She joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2012 as Vice President, Corporate Communications, following an eight-year tenure with Arby’s Restaurant Group, where she created a full-service communications department.
Cathie holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida and an accreditation in public relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America. She is a member of the University of Florida Public Relations Advisory Council.

As of December 25, 2016, the Company had a portfolio of four restaurant concepts: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC (OSI) is the Company's primary operating entity. New Private Restaurant Properties, LLC (PRP), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, leases the Company-owned restaurant properties to OSI's subsidiaries. As of December 25, 2016, the Company owned and operated 1, 276 restaurants and franchised 240 restaurants across 48 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and 20 countries.
