EVP & CFO at Bloomin' Brands

Christopher (Chris) Meyer was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Bloomin’ Brands in March 2019 after serving as Group Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations.

As CFO, Chris is responsible for the company’s business analytics and global strategy, as well as all areas of financial planning and reporting for Bloomin’ Brands, including accounting services, corporate tax, treasury, and investor relations.

Since joining Bloomin’ Brands in 2004, Chris has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations. He led the Treasury function during the company’s successful sale-leaseback program and through four successful refinancing transactions since 2014. He also implemented the company’s share repurchase and dividend program, which returned $1 billion to shareholders over a five-year period.

Prior to Bloomin’ Brands, Chris was the Group Finance Officer at Kforce.

Chris earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida, and he served as the President of Florida Blue Key.
