Lori Malcolm

Lori Malcolm was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources, in March 2021. She oversees the human resources function for Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, and Carrabba’s Italian Grill.

Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, Lori served as the Chief Culture and Operations Officer at United Way Worldwide. At United Way, Lori built a high-performing culture throughout the organization, which includes nearly 1,800 locations in more than 40 countries. Lori is credited with connecting United Way’s unique culture with the network’s digital transformation.

Lori has nearly 25 years of experience in senior Human Resources roles at companies such as Walt Disney World, Walmart, and Checkers and Rally’s Restaurants.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and industry associations focused on her passion to help others live better, healthier lives.
