Suk Singh was named President of Aussie Grill in 2019 after serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer – International and Franchising for Bloomin’ Brands.
As President of Aussie Grill, Suk is responsible for the strategic growth, positioning, operations, and profitability of the company’s only fast-casual brand. In addition, Suk provides leadership for international franchising. Bloomin’ Brands International operates more than 250 restaurants in 19 countries and territories.
Suk is widely recognized as the preeminent development executive in the restaurant industry. Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, he served as Chief Development Officer for Darden Restaurants. He also served in development, real estate, and construction leadership roles for the Burger King Corporation and Pearl Vision.
Suk earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban Estate Management from the University of Glamorgan in Pontypridd, Wales. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a member of the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, and is a board member of Hopdoddy Burger Bar.

OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC (OSI) is the Company's primary operating entity. New Private Restaurant Properties, LLC (PRP), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, leases the Company-owned restaurant properties to OSI's subsidiaries. As of December 25, 2016, the Company owned and operated 1, 276 restaurants and franchised 240 restaurants across 48 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and 20 countries.
