Mikala Lugen

Originally from the Buffalo, New York area, Mikala got her Bachelors of Public Relations at Kent State University in 2019. Growing up with music lovers and being active in her high school’s band and chorus programs, Mikala found her passion of music and writing in college, working for Kent’s Black Squirrel Radio. She further explored the music scene, curating five concerts in Kent and interviewing local and national bands under her own company, M&M Entertainment. Once she graduated, she moved to Denver, obtaining marketing positions with Blooming Footprint and Live For Live Music. She wakes up, puts on music and is passionate about spreading and promoting good music to people around the world.
