Allison Sommer

Allison Sommer is an experienced planner in the fashion industry, currently serving as a Planner for Designer Handbags and Contemporary & Active Shoes at Bloomingdale's since October 2018. Previously, Allison held various roles at Lord & Taylor, including Planner for Women’s Shoes, Assistant Buyer for Contemporary Shoes, and Assistant Planner for Designer Shoes from August 2011 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Buyer position for Denim/Bottoms at Delias and a Buying Internship at Delias, along with a Sales/Merchandising Internship at Nanette Lepore. Allison holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Fashion Merchandising from SUNY Oneonta.
