Michelle Anderson started their work experience in 1998 as a Marketing Assistant at Remy Cointreau. Michelle then moved on to Saks Fifth Avenue in 1999 and served as the Manager of the SaksFirst loyalty program until 2002. After that, in 2003, they joined Barnes & Noble as the Manager of member promotions until 2005. In the same year, they joined Bloomingdale's and held various roles, including Director of Customer Loyalty Programs, Director of Loyalty Programs and CRM, Operating Vice President Loyalty, CRM, International Marketing, Vice President of Marketing--Loyalty, CRM, International Marketing, VP Marketing--Loyalty, International Marketing, Public Media, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Michelle Anderson attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998 and graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in communications/marketing.
