Courtney Ramirez is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Reading Specialist at Wayzata Schools since August 2020, where responsibilities include analyzing data to develop individualized reading interventions and fostering relationships with students, families, and educators. In addition, Courtney manages the Summer School Program for Bloomington Public Schools, overseeing programming for 600 students and 50 staff while collaborating across multiple departments.
