Eric Tan has a diverse work experience in the footwear industry, starting in 1999 as a Trainee/Clerk at Pouchen Group-YY Nike Shoe Factory. Eric then worked at Gongsheng Footwear Manufacturing Group as a Business&Purchase Supervisor. After that, they joined Dean Shoes Group as a Product Engineer, where they collaborated with Nike on the application of new technologies. Eric then worked at Pentland Brands as a Technician & Quality Inspector of Outdoor Footwear, overseeing commercialization and setting SOP for two outdoor brands. Eric later joined Under Armour as a Production Manager-Outdoor Footwear China, ensuring smooth transition from commercialization to production. Eric then worked at KEEN as a Commercialization Manager, and is currently working at ALGIX, Inc as a Project Manager.
From 2000 to 2003, Eric Tan attended Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, where they pursued a degree in English.
