Barbora Kopčová

Barbora Kopčová is a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist for SK & CZ at Bloomreach since June 2022, focusing on delivering exceptional workplace experiences and effectively addressing employee needs. Previously, Barbora worked as a Customer Care Specialist at iptiQ by Swiss Re from March 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included supporting new distribution partners’ onboarding and managing a knowledge database in Confluence. From February 2017 to March 2021, Barbora served as an Administrative Assistant at the Slovak-Austrian Chamber of Commerce, handling administration for members and translating documents between Slovak and German. As a Freelancer from January 2016 to December 2020, Barbora tutored students in German language and literature. Barbora holds two Master's degrees in Translation and Interpreting and Teaching from Universita Komenského v Bratislave, alongside a Bachelor's degree in the same fields and a diploma from Gymnázium Bilíkova in Bratislava.
