Jan Trávníček

Jan Trávníček has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Jan began their career in 2013 as a Junior Test Engineer at AVG Technologies, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they gained experience and advanced to the role of Test Engineer.

In 2016, Jan joined Dixons Carphone as a Test Automation Developer and worked in this position until 2019. Jan then moved into the role of Principal Test Automation Developer and eventually became a QA Tech Lead. Jan's tenure at Dixons Carphone lasted until 2021.

Jan then joined Currys CoE s.r.o. in 2021 as a QA Tech Lead + Team Lead, where they stayed until 2023. During their time at Currys CoE s.r.o., they also took on the responsibilities of a Team Manager.

Currently, Jan is working as a Staff QA Engineer at Bloomreach, starting in 2023.

Jan Trávníček completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Brno University of Technology from 2008 to 2010. Jan then continued their education at the same institution and obtained a degree in Management and Information Technologies, known as Ing., from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Jan Trávníček also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. The exact month and year when they obtained this certification are not specified.
