Аleksandra Plotnikova has work experience as a Product Support Specialist at Bloomreach since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SAP from September 2019 to October 2022, holding the roles of Catalog Specialist and Catalog Support Specialist. Аleksandra also worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Conduent from July 2017 to July 2018.

Аleksandra Plotnikova obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, where they studied from 2017 to 2022. In addition, they have completed several certification courses from Bloomreach, including the Engagement Integration Course, Engagement Product Recommendations Course, Engagement Jinja in Practice Course, Engagement Analytics Course, and Engagement Foundations Course.
