Uršula Kráľová

Uršula Kráľová is the current Chief People Officer at Bloomreach. Prior to this, they served as the COO at Exponea from February 2020 to February 2021. Kráľová was also the B2C Segment and Terminal Management Director at Slovak Telekom, T-Mobile Czech Republic from September 2012 to February 2019 where they were responsible for B2C revenue in Slovakia and led a department of 100 people. From January 2002 to August 2012, Kráľová worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company where they served global clients on 38 projects in the US and across various CEE countries. Uršula focused on performance-improvement programs especially in healthcare, consumer goods, and private equity. In addition, Kráľová co-led healthcare initiative in CEE with the goal to establish the practice in the region. Prior to McKinsey & Company, Kráľová worked as an Account Director at Leo Burnett Greater China Group from May 1997 to June 2000 and as an Account Manager at Young & Rubicam from January 1994 to December 1996.

Uršula Kráľová has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Uršula also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava. In addition, they have a certification from ESMT Berlin in Deutsche Telekom Supervisory Board Readiness Program.
