Yue Yu

Yue Yu has a diverse work experience in various companies. They began their career at Carnegie Mellon University as a research programmer in 2012, where they contributed to a project involving pattern recognition in cell images. They implemented a synthesizer for 2D and 3D cell images using Python and designed an XML model to store cell patterns.

In 2013, Yue Yu joined BloomReach as a Member of Technical Staff in the Data team. They were responsible for maintaining and improving the backend system of the organic search product. They also developed an internal debugging tool for the data pipeline.

From 2016 to 2017, Yue Yu took on the role of Tech Lead in the Data team at BloomReach. They led a team of three members to enhance the maturity of the organic search product. Their responsibilities included OKR planning, project management, mentorship, and code and project design review.

Yue Yu began their education in 2007 at East China University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering.
