Matthew Sim

Matthew Sim is currently the General Manager at Blooms Floral Imports Limited. Prior to this, they held positions such as Factory Manager at IPL International Procurement and Logistics, Head of Business Transformation - Operations & Supply Chain at Flamingo Horticulture, and Assistant Operations Manager at Finlays Horticulture. Matthew completed the MDS Graduate Scheme in Fresh Produce and holds a degree in Agriculture with Business Studies from Aberystwyth University.
