Chaya Merrell

Chaya Merrell has extensive experience in instructional media and design, currently serving as the Director of Instructional Media and Design and Manager of the IMD Center at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania since March 2015. Previously, Chaya worked as a Freelance Web Designer and Developer from 1999 to April 2015, creating multimedia web solutions and demonstrating expertise in various programming languages. Chaya also held positions at K12 as a Course Developer and Information Technology Specialist, where online learning content was created and adapted for K-12 students. Early career experience included a role as Clerk Typist II at DPW, focusing on data entry and office support. Chaya earned a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
