Andy Hill CMgr has an extensive work experience in publishing, particularly in the legal publishing industry. Andy currently holds the position of Head of Practitioner Publishing (Law and Hart) at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc, which they started in March 2021. Prior to that, Andy served as the Head of Legal Publishing at Bloomsbury Professional from June 2011 to February 2021. Before joining Bloomsbury, they worked as a Freelance Publishing Consultant from July 2004 to May 2011. Prior to that, they held the role of Publishing Manager at Wolters Kluwer Law & Business from October 2000 to June 2004 and at Sweet & Maxwell from an unknown date in 1993 to the year 2000.

Andy Hill CMgr completed their education at the University of Leicester from 1987 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in English. Andy furthered their professional development by earning additional certifications. In August 2022, they completed a Leadership and Management Diploma from Corndel and achieved a Distinction in Operations or Departmental Manager - Level 5 from IfATE (Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education).
