Pieter Van der Haegen

Pieter Van der Haegen has worked for a variety of companies since 2015. Pieter began their career as an Intern at FEB ICT Services for KU Leuven in 2015. Pieter then moved on to become a Developer for Student Innovations vzw in the same year. In 2017, they became a Full Stack Software Engineer and an Intern Frontend Developer for DataCamp. In 2021, they began working as a Bar Coordinator for Het Depot and a Frontend Software Engineer for Aaqua. Most recently, they have taken on the roles of Engineering Lead and Lead Full Stack Engineer for BloomUp since 2022.

Pieter Van der Haegen attended UC Leuven-Limburg from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Professionele Bachelor in Applied Computer Science with an option in software development. Prior to that, they attended Heilig Hartinstituut Heverlee from 2008 to 2014, where they studied Wetenschappen Wiskunde with an option in wetenschappelijke vorming.
