Samuel is Vice President in the Investment Banking group at Berenberg. Samuel’s advisory experience includes mergers, acquisitions as well as capital market transactions such as IPOs. Samuel brings deep expertise in the Online/Tech space having advised on numerous transactions for VC-backed, sponsor-backed, early-stage, family-owned and public companies. Samuel holds a M.Sc. degree from the University of Mannheim, Germany.
