Paul Keen

Paul Keen has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Trainee Network Administrator at Bloor Homes in 2000. Paul then progressed to the position of Network Administrator and later became an IT Supervisor. From 2006 to 2012, Keen served as the Group IT Manager at Bloor Homes before eventually becoming the IT Director in July 2012. Additionally, Keen held various roles at Staffordshire Search and Rescue Team, including Training Officer, Deputy Chairman, and Chairman. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at both McCall Associates and ATA Selection.

Paul Keen earned a BA (Hons) in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they attended from 1991 to 1994. In 2011, they participated in the IT Leadership Programme at Henley Business School. In 2012, they furthered their education at Henley Business School by completing a course in IT Commercial Management.
