Simon Dixon

Simon Dixon is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in managing construction projects and contracts. Currently serving as Construction Director at Bloor Homes since August 2016, Simon has held various significant roles including Senior Contracts Manager and Regional Contracts Manager (Southern). Prior to this, Simon amassed valuable experience at Berkeley Group Plc from May 2009 to August 2016, progressing through positions from Graduate/Assistant Site Manager to Senior Site Manager. Additionally, Simon began a career in carpentry at MJD Carpentry, where skills were developed as a Carpenters Mate while balancing education. Simon holds a First Class Honours degree in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying from Solent University, obtained in 2009, and completed secondary education at John Hampden Grammar School.
