Laura-Rose T. is the Founder and CEO of LGBT Mummies, leading initiatives in LGBT+ competency, family creation pathways, fertility, and maternity care since January 2018. With a strong focus on community engagement, Laura-Rose has built a global community of over 45,000 members and managed twelve private support groups. In addition to founding LGBT Mummies, Laura-Rose holds several significant roles, including Stakeholder for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Lecturer at Birmingham City University, and Chair of Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership for the NHS. Laura-Rose possesses extensive experience in strategic business planning, consultancy services, public speaking, and policy advocacy, particularly in supporting LGBT+ families, shaping maternity care, and enhancing inclusivity within healthcare and corporate environments. Laura-Rose's educational background includes a HND in Musical Theatre and various certificates in care and critical care nursing.
