Sandra Nichols

Sandra Nichols has extensive experience in administrative and compliance roles, currently serving as a Records Clerk and QA/Compliance Assistant at Companion Care of Rochester since May 2014. Responsibilities include assisting the Chief Compliance Officer and Quality Assurance Manager with various tasks such as maintaining Serious Reportable Incidents, updating policy and procedure manuals, and completing HR and quality assurance audits. Previously, Sandra worked at Monroe Community Hospital from January 1980 to May 2014 as a Clerk III in Nursing Payroll, managing payroll for approximately 450 employees using the Kronos Payroll System. Sandra is certified as an EMT, having completed training at the Palmyra Fire Department/NYS EMT School, following education at East High School in Rochester, NY.
