Kartik Bhutani

Kartik Bhutani is a Co-Founder and CTO at Blossom Social, which has achieved a top 50 ranking in the App Store and serves a community of over 100,000 Canadian investors since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kartik conducted research at the Indian Institute of Science aimed at enhancing the accuracy of object detection in self-driving cars, utilizing advanced techniques such as Domain Adaptation and semantic segmentation. Kartik's earlier experience includes a position as a Software Development Engineer at MindTickle, where significant advancements were made in service scalability and cost efficiency through algorithm design and AWS optimization. Additional roles at Handzap Software and Samsung Electronics involved architectural design, API development, and privacy-focused research in mobile device management. Kartik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Delhi Technological University.
