Nikhat Afza

Nikhat Afza serves as the Vice President of Product, GenAI and Chatbots at Blotout, focusing on transforming eCommerce through Generative AI and personalized customer experiences. Prior to this role, Nikhat held the position of Sr. Director at Walmart Global Tech, where responsibilities included leading the First and Middle Mile Transportation initiative and managing Walmart’s customer engagement strategies for the WalmartPlus membership program. Previous experience includes leading the personalization efforts for Alexa at Amazon, managing mobile shopping innovations at Macy's, and overseeing the mobile banking platform solutions at FIS. Nikhat holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
