Jed West

Jed West is an experienced educator currently serving as the Principal at Blount County Schools, a position held since 2013. Prior to this role, Jed West worked as an Assistant Principal focused on Career and Technical Education programs at Heritage High School and has extensive experience as a Teacher within the same school system. Jed West holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Maryville College, earned between 2002 and 2006, and is dedicated to partnering with local businesses and post-secondary institutions to create job opportunities for graduates of Heritage High School.
